Linen service, Dish satellite, Smart TVs, free WiFi, top-of-the-line new mattresses, and beautiful panoramic views, every aspect of this exquisite home has been designed and furnished with your convenience and comfort in mind. The great room is outfitted with supple leather recliners, games, a chess board, and puzzles. A fully-equipped bar, picnic table, and deck chairs await comfort outside. The home has also been upgraded with an elevator, making it easier for guests to move between levels.
The main bedroom’s French doors give access to the shaded ocean-view deck, a screened porch can be found off the dining area with a table and benches for serving your family meals, and a front deck complete with a windlass lift for your gear will make getting some fresh air a breeze. Plus, the outdoor shower can wash your cares and sand away after a full day at the beach. Don't hesitate to throw the day's catch in the full-size freezer found in the laundry room.
The open design allows ample space for the whole crew to come together for special times and views of magnificent sunsets. Gather around the dining table all while enjoying sound views. The well-equipped kitchen features a new GE Opal Soft ice machine, six-burner gas stove with double ovens, dishwasher, Keurig coffee makers, air fryer, Belgian waffle maker, and storage cabinets galore that all make prep and cooking for your hungry crowd no problem for the chefs in your family. Spend relaxing days in your kayak or boat from the 21-slip marina’s dock for fishing, clamming, and crabbing to your heart’s content. Bask in the sun, gather shells, find sea glass, ride the waves, and build sandcastles. The excitement of Hatteras Village is an easy walk, bike, or golf-cart ride away.
THINGS TO KNOW
Wide clearance is provided.
A full-size crib, toddler bed, fold-out ottoman twin bed, changing table, and rocking chair are provided. Guests will need to furnish crib sheets.
Smart TVs are in every room, with Dish Network.
Puzzles, board games, cards, books for the whole family, a corn Hole set, beach games, and two beach chairs are provided.
Two single kayaks, a paddleboard, paddles, and life jackets are available for guest use.
Deeded sound access, beach access, and access to Hatteras Estates marina is provided.
Guests of Endeavor may use the Marina, boat slips, fish cleaning stations for $15 per day. There are 32-foot boats that are able to get in and out. Sound water goes from four feet to five-and-a-half feet. The kayak put-in landing is free.
