Positive: The house is a spacious house and was comfortable for our group with plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge kitchen and the game room would've been great if the games were in good condition. We liked the garage parking. The spa outside was perfect after a day on the slopes. The shower has amazing water pressure! The location was ideal and close enough to the slopes.

Negative: Kitchen was dirty! The dishes in the cabinets were dirty! We had to clean the kitchen and wash all the dishes before we could use them. There was rat poop on one of the bed's comforter's. The house has SOOOOO many light switches, it will take you a while to figure out the lights and then you'll forget and have to figure them out again. They really need to consolidate ALL those switches. House furnishings were old, tired and outdated. The games in the game room were either broken or missing pieces and the fireplace didn't work, so no heat in the middle of winter in a very cold game room. None of the lighting in the garage worked, so at night you had to turn on your cars headlights to see anything or have your phone light your way. Picking up keys at different location instead of a lockbox at the property is outdated and an antiquated way of doing business for vacation rentals. If the purpose is to go in and sign documents that can be done online. Although having a four car garage is great, not providing a remote for the garage or an app to open and close is very inconvenient.

Summary: BIG House, GREAT Location! Broken Games, TOO many light switches & not the cleanest.
