Summary: The property is 20 minutes to Cooperstown and Dreams Park. (Not 10 minutes) Getting into the property was very easy and efficient. Overall it worked for our needs for the trip, but there were some things that made it a little difficult for a 6 foot tall person to navigate at the house. (Sloped shower in the only full bath, low roof structure over the back door were definitely head banging issues.) The kitchen faucet was not properly attached to the counter top which made doing dishes challenging. We treat everywhere we stay as if it were our own home, so we do our best to keep everything clean and leave better than we found it. One of the window unit air conditioners was leaking so we made sure to adjust the temp and keep the floor dry. The owner was very quick to respond to our inquiries. Again, overall this property worked for the needs of our family for our trip to Dreams Park and would recommend.
