This cute Montreat cottage has a great front porch for rocking on those warm summer nights. The upstairs has a sitting area with a Queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV for streaming only; two bedrooms (one with 2 twins and one bedroom with a queen bed). There is a full hall bath. The main floor has two bedrooms (one with a full bed and the other bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom), a living room, with a Smart TV for streaming dining room, and kitchen. It is a 10-minute walk to Lake Susan and a 5-minute drive to Black Mountain. Level driveway with room for 2 or 3 vehicles.
PLEASE NOTE: There is central air on the main floor ONLY. There is no ductwork on the 2nd floor. However, there is a window a/c unit on the 2nd floor, in the den area. The ice maker is not functional. From mid-August to mid-May, this home will rent monthly. Please reach out to inquire about Potter's monthly rates. Included in the monthly rent is a $400 monthly utility allowance power and $100 monthly water allowance. Any overages are to be reimbursed by the tenant.
