Nestled in the trees 3 miles outside Sunriver Resort, this delightful and peaceful single level home is situated on a corner lot, not far from community boat launch and the Deschutes River. This home is like new. Wonderful great room and an open kitchen with bar seating. The open, light and bright kitchen perfect for preparing a family meal or entertaining friends. The front room has a large, convenient work space perfect for those zoom meetings and keeping up with working remotely. There is a queen size pull out sofa with a three inch memory foam mattress topper that makes a comfortable extra sleeping space.
The master bedroom is large with a king sized bed and equipped with a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. Included in the private master suite is a small work area. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third with ta XL twin over queen bunk. A hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located and updated.
