This wonderful two-bedroom two bath condo features plush furniture, modern décor, lovely tables made from re-claimed materials and don’t forget the spacious stainless kitchen. A large island counter-top calls the family in for a meal, and seven people can dine at the farm table. The neutral color palette and comfortable seating make relaxing here a treat. The first bedroom has a queen bed and one set of bunks for two, its own TV, and a private bathroom. The master has a cushy king bed, a TV, and a large bathroom. The Blue Marlin condo is steps away from Lake Colby for fishing and duck feeding, our fine dining restaurant Lisabella's and the Markets and Dylan's Pizzeria. A short walk or ride on a bike or golf cart and you are at one of our three luxurious pools or the private beach access to the Gulf of Mexico where you can have beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for you. Blue Marlin is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Blue Marlin the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
