Summary: yard overgrown with weeds front and backyard no lawn, curb appeal not good. Abandoned boat and trailer in front yard. Boat dock in back in need of repairs parts of dock missing caused a scratch to our 120,000.00 boat. Interior of house was clean mostly up to date. The property manager was very nice when we arrived the lock didn't work; she came right over and took care of that item.
