All new LVT flooring throughout the entire home (Minus the bathrooms). A dining area that seats up to 6 people, and a cozy living area that all outlooks the beautiful ocean. Lower-level bedroom 1 features a spacious bunkbed room that is great for the little ones, including a shared bath connected to bedroom 2 with a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 also a Queen has a shared bath. As we get into our upper level the master suite offers a king bed, private bath, and small desk. All bedrooms have TVs for all of your streaming needs. Head outside on the lower-level deck to take in those beautiful views with an abundance of rocking chairs. This deck also features a sundeck for those who want to sunbathe. Take a short walk to the beach with additional seating and a foot shower. For the ones who want to soak up as much outside time as possible this home also has an outside enclosed H/C shower.
