Summary: The house was in a great location - only a few minute drive to the beach and downtown. The house didn't appear to have been cleaned for a little while, and we didn't realize that there are actually 2 units. So, we ended up sharing the outside spaces (I.e., jacuzzi, fire pit, grill) with another family staying in the other part of the home. The walls aren't too thick, so if there is someone else staying in the other unit, you will hear them.
