3bed/1 bath private ski camp in one of the original villages at Sunday River. Coombs Village is located one mile from the base lodges. The home is tucked into the rear of the neighborhood in a quiet private setting. The backyard abuts 100' of frontage along Barker's Brook with direct access to the trails for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling.
The downstairs bedroom is off the kitchen with a King Size memory foam bed. Upstairs memory foam Queen bedroom with private balcony. Adjacent is a twin trundle room with a child's Elsa bed!! The basement has been updated to include a membory foam Queen and bunkbed room with a SmarTV and additional living space. Direct entry to basement via dogshed dormer into laundry / gear room. Excellent place to suit up for adventure and return to dry off outerwear and gear.
Ideal rental for a family (or two) with children to enjoy Sunday River Resort, Bethel, and Grafton Notch activities.
The kitchen will be fully stocked with the usual appliances, utensils, pots/pans you'll need to prepare your meals.
This is our house we use often. We are a Portland area family that visit most weekends and have been at Sunday River since the early 1980s. Please be respectful of our neighbors; a lot of full time residents. The basement refrigerator will have stuff we consider ours in it and off limits to renter's. No garage access. Wood stove is not usable. Dogs considered. Please message.
