Comfortable home with many updates and lots of privacy. Located between Bojangles Coliseum (within walking distance) and Plaza Midwood's great restaurants. Relax in the heated/cooled sunroom or outdoor patio. 4th bedroom is a large, attached suite which can be used as a nursery/toddler room, an office or an area to relax. The home has a traditional layout (see photos) and can only accommodate 3 to 4 cars (no parking on the street). No parties. Please read full listing.
Nice home with a surprising amount of space and privacy. In particular, families, couples or small groups that travel together enjoy this space as each person can have plenty of their own privacy, but everyone can come together in the TV room, dining room or sunroom. The 4th bedroom (very large space) is a perfect bedroom for younger children.
I have electronic locks on front and back doors. the parking is a large space, but it only holds....4 to 5 cars. There is no parking on the street.

The home is a few blocks from the center of Plaza Midwood - which has a vibrant restaurant, breweries, shops, etc. Additionally, you can walk to Bojangles Coliseum, the Park Expo or Oven auditorium. If you like to cook outside, home has a griddle and traditional grill available.
The home is located 3 minutes (by car) from Downtown and has quick access to Independence Blvd/Hwy 74 and a nearby bus stop. Bike lanes in the street directly in front of the home.
