3 story, 7 BR house 250 yards from Sedgefield’s clubhouse overlooking the historic driving range. 2020 kitchen renovation. 2021 back deck expansion with brand new hot tub cleaned after each guest. Complete with pool table, ping pong table, & game room. Your kids will love it. Master bathroom has jacuzzi tub. Twin over Full bunks in two rooms means there are 10 beds for use. No parties or events.
No cumbersome check out tasks. My team will take care of it. Country Club is private but public roads run throughout the historic Donald Ross golf course. No smoking allowed inside house.
In old Sedgefield, 3 miles from the Greensboro Coliseum, I-40, & I-85. Minutes to Downtown Greensboro and Jamestown. There are booking approved Noise Aware devices inside and outside the property. These do not record what you say. They only alert us if there is significant noise. There is a 5 car limit at this home given the slope of the driveway. Summary: Ideal place for our annual family retreat. The house was spacious and provided fun entertainment with a ping pong and pool table. Plenty of privacy with bedroom/ bathroom space. Drew was an excellent host, providing good communication.
