Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2-bath home located in the heart of Knoxville. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the University of Tennessee! We have a fully stocked kitchen, large enclosed patio and a charcoal grill. Pet friendly with a $50 pet fee.
Next door we also have another home that is "attached" to this home by a separate formal dining area (dining area locked when not in use) if you need accommodations for more than 10 people. Book both homes and have 6 bedrooms total that will sleep up to 20 people utilizing the roll aways and the sofa sleeper.
The Formal dining area seats 8 at the table and 4 additional seats at the bar top.
You have the option to book the Formal dining area for an additional $75 when renting this home. Great For Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday dinners, baby showers, wedding rehearsal dinners. Just message us to let us know u would like to reserve and we will add it to the booking total.
