Mellow Yellow is a luxurious 2nd row beach home. The property is located in the family-friendly Sandcastle Subdivision. The house has two levels with a master king suite, full bath, and private balcony located upstairs. Remaining two full bathrooms and four bedrooms are located on the main floor, three bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with bunk beds (6 twin beds and one double bed). There is also a Pac n Go portable crib, high chair, books, games, toys and baby gate for your little ones. The main Deck has a gate for safety for the fur babies and children.
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and living area has 55" ultra HD and surround sound.
The house also features high speed internet, Roku sticks (or Roku TVs), Sling , live TV, Prime, and Netflix complimentary. Spacious living area/kitchen / dining area has a open floor plan and beautiful ocean views. The kitchen features gas range with double oven, large island with four bar stools for additional seating. The dinning table seats eight. There is also 8 TV trays.
The house features a large partially covered deck, easy walking or golf cart access to beach, and a small fish pond in the back yard. (Fishing is allowed, catch-and-release only please). On lower patio there is two swings, two picnic tables, charcoal grill, and a shower to clean up and relax after beach use.
Linens and cleaning service are included in the cleaning fees.
