Quiet, restricted neighborhood. Dead end street. 1.5 acre wooded lot w/hiking trail. Off street parking in private gravel driveway. Relax on the covered front porch or the large rear deck w/outdoor furniture (table and chairs w/umbrella) and gas grill. 2 bedroom - 1 bath w/shower/tub. Bedroom one has 1 Queen bed (Nectar mattress). Bedroom 2 has 2 twin XL beds with 1 twin XL trundle bed. Living room has a twin XL “daybed”. Home has hardwood floors throughout. Central heat and air for year around climate control and a wood burning stove (free firewood provided) to take the chill off as the seasons change. Kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances - fridge, double oven, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, disposal. Washer and dryer (iron and board available). Wifi. Internet TV with Dish TV satellite service. DVD player with an assortment of movies to watch.
