Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The ocean views from the upstairs deck are amazing. The house is three rows of houses back from the beachline however the house roofs are staggered secondary to being on a hill so that the views are unobscured. Two lovely decks to hang out on when it is nice. Living room furnishings are quite comfortable.

Negative: The bottom rack on the dishwasher needs replaced as it comes off the roller and is difficult to load and unload. There were only two of us, so we only did one load a day so it was manageable however.
