The main house includes a large great room with a fabulous fireplace, kitchen with bar area--granite--Sub-Zero fridge, a master suite on the main level , 2 additional bedrooms on 2nd level with baths ensuite & an expansive walkout basement recreation area w/ half bath. The recreation level features a built-in professional bar, and laundry room. The detached garage hosts a spectacular guest suite above with 2 queen beds in the kids room and an additional queen in the main. Equipped with a fridge for snacks this cozy private suite is just a few steps from the main house***. Step outside to enjoy a casual and comfortable screened-in porch and two oversized deck areas with plenty of space for lounging and reading a book. Tie off your boat to the double boathouse that boasts magnificent main lake views! At the end of the day, gather the family and sit around the beautiful stone firepit. You'll find the home fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans and about 90% of what most people need. If you need a specialty utensil or tool it might be best to bring it to avoid any hiccups to meal preparation. The management staff can assist with any special requests and is always available to help with whatever you need!
The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use. Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. Some use more, some use less. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy roll provided.

2. The house, like 99% of all lake homes, uses a septic system. This system is a finely balanced biological system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
3. Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the pier with rental boats. You won't see much heavy wave action making it a safe haven for docking (make sure to bring your bumpers!)
