Welcome to Apple Valley Farms! This motorcoach lot has shrubbery on both sides to make you feel secluded in the mountains. Enjoy meals together at the dinner table while taking in the views of the pond. An outdoor swing with seating for two is tucked to one side or you can cozy up by the firepit on those chilly nights! There is also a gas grill towards the back of the lot for your use.
Apple Valley Farm is a 15-acre luxury motor coach park with 46 spaces for Class A motor coaches. Inside the park is a beautiful lake with two waterfalls and a working waterwheel. Outside the park guests can experience all amenities including golf, spa, dining, swimming, tennis, and private beach on Lake Lure. Rented golf carts can not be taken to this Lot.
*RV must be a minimum 32' Class A motor coach. You must provide your own motor coach
** No 4 wheel pull behind trailers allowed. Cars must be hitched to motor coach.
*** This property isn't on Lake Lure and is approximately one mile from central amenities.
Golf carts are not allowed on public roads and cannot be taken to the motor coach resort

Your stay includes FULL ACCESS to all the amenities including the private beach, three pools, spa and sauna, water sports, golf courses, restaurants, and more! Take a lake cruise, go golfing for the day, hang out at the lakefront beach, take a dip in one of the pools, or enjoy the endless activities at the Wellness/rec center and spa. Pontoon boat and SUP rentals available (seasonal). Enjoy the 18-hole mini-golf course, shooting hoops on the full-sized basketball court, or playing, cornhole, pickleball, and Tennis.
The Spa and Salon at Rumbling Bald offers a complete menu of treatments that range from salon services, skin, and nail care, to soothing massages. The gift shop features locally made gifts including apparel, beauty products, and organic soaps and lotions. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment and weekly fitness classes. All year long you can take advantage of the upgraded indoor pool area featuring a large, heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room.

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
