Picture yourself and your guests in our beautiful and private Cul-de-sac three bedroom/ 2 ½ bathroom home in the prestigious Ballantyne area overlooking 100 acres of private woods. Take advantage of our HUGE screened-in porch and open deck area and additional glider chairs to relax and unwind in the peace and tranquility of our amazing location after spending the day exploring the best that Charlotte and the surrounding areas have to offer. At night enjoy the firepit in the backyard and just relax or unwind in the spacious living room with a reading nook, flat screen tv with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime vids, and of course hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home! Enjoy some family time with games we have provided you or take the Horseshoes out back for a toss-off! In regards to our name, the definition of "lair" is more than fitting for my home: “A wild animal's resting place, especially one that is well hidden” or “A secret or private place in which a person seeks concealment or seclusion”. Surrounded by trees and privacy you will be able to unwind immediately and enjoy your stay to the fullest.
The house features beautifully appointed hardwood floors throughout the main level, an all-new upgraded eat-in kitchen (which can seat 8) with everything the chef in your group could want including an indoor grill large enough to cook for 8 . ALL THREE Bedrooms also have TVs for your viewing pleasure. The house is centrally located for quick commutes via light rail to Uptown Charlotte, NC, a 10-minute drive to Indian Land, as well as a short drive to Union county and the SouthPark area. Walk to Ballantyne Village for shopping and dining. The neighborhood has expansive walk/bike trails, a catch and release fishing pond, a new playground, tennis courts, as well as Frisbee golf, and a community pool!
