In Grandy, NC, 15 mi. from OBX (Outer banks) beaches and amenities. 10 Mi. to H2OBX waterpark. 20 mi. to beautiful Duck. Direct access to deep water canal leading out to the Currituck Sound. There is space to tie up your pontoon or small fishing boat at our dock. Local Boat Ramp close by. Access to beautiful sunrises and sunsets, or enjoy a swim in the Currituck Sound, bring your fishing gear and fish to your hearts content. Our neighborhood restaurant and bar in 5 minutes away and located in the neighborhood. The neighborhood has a small park with children's playset. If you prefer a quiet day or night in, cozy up on the sofa in front of the fireplace and watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, Huge bathroom with walk in shower. Linens and towels provided as well as travel size toiletries.
