“Bayshore Retreat” is close to everything in the Wilmington area. Home is a very clean, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch that is a short drive Wrightsville Beach (7.5 miles), Topsail Island (11 miles) and Downtown Wilmington (9 miles). The house is close to many restaurants, breweries and shopping. Nested in a quiet friendly neighborhood right off of Hwy 17 in the Ogden/Porters Neck area of Wilmington. Enjoy all the fun, history and entertainment this lovely city of Wilmington has to offer here!

Summary: We found the house to be clean and comfortable. It’s a small ranch on a corner lot in a safe, quiet neighborhood. A 3-bedroom house that is close to the beaches and Wilmington. It has 2 comfortable beds, new furniture in the large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a large walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Lots of pillows everywhere and 2 up-to-date bathrooms. Would work well for a small family. The TV didn’t work at first, but the owner responded quickly and a family member stopped by to fix it. There was also a leak with the refrigerator and we left a note and we’re sure it will be attended to soon. The house is close to restaurants and shopping. We were satisfied with it for our 4-night stay.
