Welcome to the newly constructed townhome, "A Wave From It All", located in North Topsail Beach NC. This immaculate home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a private elevator, beautiful LVP flooring throughout & quartz countertops and fun beachy decor and furnishings! This home has the most beautiful views of both the ocean and inner-coastal sound! With an elevator and beach access cross over just steps away, getting to the beach has never been easier!

The lower level of this home offers a large primary master suite, and a second large king size bedroom with a hall bathroom. The spacious primary master offers a king-sized bed, chest of drawers for storage, wall-mounted TV and a private bath with double sinks & a large tiled shower. From the master bedroom you can enjoy your coffee in bar height Adirondack chairs on your private and peaceful oceanfront deck, which offers the perfect view of the beautiful Topsail Island sunrise! The second bedroom offers an additional king sized bed, wall-mounted TV and a private deck with views of the sound. This is the perfect spot to end the day, taking in the breathtakingly beautiful sunset, nature's dramatic display of vibrant colors that paint the sky. For your convenience there is a hall bathroom with tub/shower combination just a few steps away. This room also features a chair that folds into a bed, perfect for keeping the kids close!
On the top level, you will find two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a triple bunk bed. Both rooms open to a shared balcony facing the beautiful sound. On the oceanfront side of the upper level, you will find an open living space, with plenty of seating and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The large quartz island offers seating for four and a dining table which seats six, and downstairs you will find a picnic table with seating for 6, so plenty of space to enjoy a meals together! The oceanfront deck off of the living room has 4 bar height adirondack chairs where you can relax with a glass of wine, while listening to the soothing sounds of waves crashing and birds calling, watching the dolphins play in the surf.
House features a carport with parking for two cars, a storage area full of beach supplies, toys and chairs and an elevator for your personal use. So helpful when unloading the car upon arrival or getting groceries tot he top floor, or just avoiding those exhausting stairs after a long day of walking the beach. Carport has a picnic table and boasts a brand new universal Electric Car charger (EV). (Tesla Universal-Tesla and adaptable to ALL EV cars) additional parking spot in the private parking lot for one additional vehicle.
“A Wave From It All” has a brand new salt water swimming pool, shared by only the six townhouses in this private community. Open daily until dusk May-September.
Spend your days walking the beautiful beaches, hunting for prehistoric shark teeth, playing in the ocean, lounging by the pool or simply relaxing on the decks all while enjoying the comforts of home! This property offers Keyless Access Entry for a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. Codes are given upon check-in and will no longer work after scheduled check-out time. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am sharp!

**Guests are required to be a minimum of 25 years old, provide valid photo ID, authorize a security deposit hold and sign a lease and addendum with Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours. These must be completed before the reservation is confirmed and finalized. Guests that are not related must be 30 years old and all guests must present a valid ID and sign said lease.
No house parties allowed. Events not permitted without prior approval. No cats or other pets except dogs are allowed. Up to two dogs 50 lbs each. If booking channel collects for one dog, any additional pet fee is due directly to Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours for the reservation to be confirmed. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met.
