This wonderfully-maintained single-family home built in 1992 is the perfect place for a country-style getaway in driving distance to all of the glories and hidden gems of the Finger Lakes Region.
I fell in love with this home when I saw it for the first time last year and put in an offer on-site. The home has some new beautiful improvements including engineered hardwood oak floors and premium luxury carpet in the bedrooms, brand new Frigidaire and Bosch appliances, and a soothing, pearl grey paint throughout the home.
A spacious open-concept living-dining room features a gorgeous antique oriental rug, reclaimed wood coffee and end tables, a Scandinavian-style navy couch that unfolds into a double bed, a reading corner with eggplant-colored chairs and a beautiful oak dining table to seat 6-8 people.
The kitchen is wonderfully functional with new, high-efficiency stainless steel appliances and ample counter space; includes access to all standard cutlery, flatware, cutting boards and gadgets, as well as a KitchenAid stand mixer, toaster oven, Breville electric kettle, panini press, French coffee press, and a SodaStream soda maker.
There are two guest bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The first is a fully-appointed bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables and a full closet. The second is similar in size but doubles as an office/work space with a comfortable couch that pulls out into a double bed complete with a desk, desk chair and full closet.
The master bedroom is my zen space, open and appointed with a rustic wooden bedroom set, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. There are times in the year when I will be home using this bedroom/bathroom so depending on the time frame, I may be home.
There is an enormous backyard with a deck accessible via sliding door that is perfect for kids to play in or take in some sunshine with a good book. An attached garage allows for comfortable parking and access to the house.
The basement is unfinished but offers a full laundry room with a new high-efficiency washer and dryer and drying rack.
