This Cabin is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, girls’ trip, father/son bonding trip, or fun family vacation! When visiting the Cowboy Capital of the World, this brand-new village offers it all: closeness to the nightlife and shopping of Bandera (Only 1 Block away from Main St!), and access to the Medina River.
Our cabin is cozy and features high ceilings showcasing the beautiful wood and natural light. It has an open-concept living space featuring a comfortable Sofa and TV.
The Kitchen provides a dining table with 6 chairs and almost everything a Full Kitchen would have! The Refrigerator/Freezer along with the Range and Oven, gives an awesome look to the Kitchen giving it a unique but functional setting! We also have a Microwave, Toaster, and Coffee Maker for your use. The Kitchen is also equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal, including utensils, cups, mugs, wine glasses, plates, pots/pans, etc.
The Master Bedroom has a plush and comfortable king-size bed and TV (Streaming only). You can see the backyard and the beautiful hill-country and Medina River from the bed which allows natural light to stream in during the day and a glimpse of the stars and moon at night before you drift off to sleep. NOTE: The Master Bathroom has its own en-suite Master Bathroom. The Master Bathroom features a Single-Vanity Sink, Shower, and Toilet, and all towels and rags are provided.
The Second Bedroom features two Twin-size beds - perfect for the kiddos or adults alike to get a good night's sleep on the also super comfortable mattresses!! All linens and pillows are provided.
The Third Bedroom features one Queen-Sized bed - perfect for a guest to get a good night's sleep on the also super comfortable mattress!! All linens and pillows are provided.
Both Bathrooms feature a Shower, Toilet, and Sink, and all towels and rags are provided.
We also supply a variety of Board games for Family Fun Night, including Bandera-opoloy!

NOTE: The Cabin is not actually located on the River but only a short walk away on the same property. You will have direct access to the Medina River. The water boasts plenty of opportunities for swimming, kayaking, fishing, and wildlife viewing! Kids and Adults alike will enjoy the steps that lead you directly into the Medina River Swimmin' Hole amongst all the stunning Cypress trees! Pull up a chair under the shade and relax as the sounds of nature ease your mind and spirit. We have a canoe, kayak, and paddleboat for your enjoyment.
NOTE: The River water levels vary depending on rain.
CHECK-IN:
24 hours before arrival the check-in information will be sent with detailed information about the property, access, etc.
Guests will have a large private driveway with plenty of parking. We provide as much information as possible before arrival so check-in and check-out are a breeze. We will be available via phone should you need us throughout the stay!

At this time, we are not allowing pets in the Cabin.

We provide Bathroom Towels, Linens/Pillows, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash as well as a starter amount of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Dish/Hand Soap, Coffee/Sugar/Creamer, etc.
We pride ourselves on cleanliness and high-end linens as we want our guests to enjoy the home as their own. All linens are laundered and sanitized for each new guest!
