We purchased this beautiful condo in March of 2014 and it came beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! It is located 5 blocks to beach access at the King and Prince Resort and one mile from the quaint village at the pier. This condo has a lot of room with 3BR/2.5 baths, open living and dining area. It has high speed WiFi, TV's in each bedroom and the living area. Porches on back and front, 2 car garage and the best part, your own private elevator located inside the actual unit that stops on each level to unload groceries and luggage and also to be used for those that have trouble with stairs!!! And it's across from the pool!!!

Summary: Excellent location, unit was large and very clean, had a great visit and list of things to do and instructions to check-in and out were very useful. Will definitely return if I am able to come back to the area.
