Relax in the well-appointed living room or the comfortable family room, and enjoy the beautifully landscaped back patio and deck before and after the game! You can hear the marching band practice and the Basilica bells chime while you relax outside on sectional sofa by the gas fire pit. All within close walking distance to Notre Dame, Eddy Street and the East Bank trail to downtown South Bend.
This house is at once classic but modern - built in 1929, the interior is classically beautiful but with an updated modern kitchen, newly renovated in 2020. Other updates include a comfortable family room and master bedroom suite with newly renovated master bathroom. Enjoy meals in the formal dining room or in the sunny breakfast nook next to a large bay window. Relax in the well-appointed living room or the comfortable family room with its 55-inch flat screen cable TV and surround sound. Both rooms have gas fireplaces to take the chill off, just in case.
