Our mountain home is located one mile outside the city limits of Franklin, NC. You have easy access to our house with paved roads and a concrete driveway. This mountain home has it all, beautiful views of the Great Smoky Mountains and is only minutes away from the most beautiful and entertaining parts of Western Carolina, in a secluded mountain estates community. This is our second home so all bath linens, kitchen appliances, etc are included. All you need to bring is your own food.

Our home can comfortably accommodate two families and sleeps 8 people with three bedrooms, fold out sleeping sofa, three full baths, and two living rooms on multiple levels. With family and privacy at the same time, this home is the perfect solution for big family vacations. If you are looking for a mountain retreat or a family vacation, this has it all. Our home is located within walking distance of the Bartram Trail and only minutes away from numerous waterfall hiking trails throughout the Great Smoky Mountains, where you can view birds, turkeys, rabbits, and deer in the wild. The waterfalls are incredible and the views breathtaking, and can be viewed from several of the most challenging and beautiful golf courses you will ever play on.
