Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the cabin. guests will pay $500 fee if smoking/vaping is detected, pet owners are responsible for any damages done by their pets. the owners must disclose the breed and size of pet upon booking and pay the nonrefundable pet fee of $100, guests must remove all food and trash from unit upon check-out. if unable to do so, guests need to leave $5 per bag on counter for the housekeeper to remove it, if a party occurs and loud noises are detected, the police will be called by the neighbors and owners living within walking distance of the cabin.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, managed by a private host
