It does not get much better than this summer, winter, spring and fall. Our three bedroom two bath country cottage has all the modern conveniences and the charms of the country. If you are a couple looking to get away from it all or a multi generational family having a holiday get together, Bella Vista is right for you! The main floor has an open plan great room with a fully stocked large kitchen for preparing great meals for family and friends. In the summer spring and fall you will find pots filled with fresh herbs that are there for the picking...even tomatoes too! We have a lovely dining area with an antique farmers table and a large comfy living room with a gas fireplace and satellite TV,(although the view from the windows and the the glassed in porch with four rocking chairs off the living area provide great scenic beauty)...there are two bedrooms on the main floor with Queen beds, master bedroom has a bathroom with shower and tub. Lower floor has a bedroom with twin beds and a game room/satellite TV set up... gas heater, Ping Pong table and Pool table with plenty of room for the family. We have stocked the house with books, games, puzzles and DVDs for those nights you just want to stay in. There are three decks off the house, all with panoramic views; upstairs has a wood and charcoal burning grill and downstairs is a gas grill, fire pit and comfortable Adirondack chairs for sitting and enjoying the view and the fresh air. There is a side lawn with fruit bearing trees if you are lucky enough to be there in season. We installed a brand new washer and dryer when we renovated in 2013 and the house is fully air conditioned in the summer (although you will want to throw the windows open for the crisp cool summer evenings) and furnace for the winter. This is a four seasons rental, we are set up comfortably for 6 people although we could sleep 8 ..all linens, toiletries, dishes, pots and pans and other essentials are provided...the cupboards are filled with spices, oils, vinegars, mustards and other mainstays to start you on your cooking experience. We have thrown great dinner parties and barbecues for friends and family.
