Bedroom #1 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin-size bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, Jacuzzi bathtub, and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This is a long-term (30+ day) rental only.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available for 2 vehicles maximum – 1 dedicated, covered spot and 1 open space in the lot. Parking passes will be required with 1 included in the reservation. An additional pass can be purchased for $25.
• Each guest will need to sign a waiver before arrival.
• Mid stay cleans are available.
• There is an optional $100 boat slip fee. Approval is required prior to arrival.
• Available USPS lock box and large storage box.

• Place all trash in plastic bags and down the trash chute.
• No parties. No fireworks.
• Please be courteous to others and keep noise to a minimum in walkways.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
• Each guest will need to sign a waiver releasing any liability of the owner and HOA.
