Welcome to Boo's Nest on Hyco Lake! Our property is located on Hyco Lake and is conveniently located near Roxboro, VIR, Danville, VA.
Boo's Nest is a cozy two level lake front home with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, eating area and one full bathroom on the main level. This level has a nice sized deck that looks out over the shaded backyard, as well as, the boat house and cove.
The lower level boasts a large family room with TV and fireplace, laundry room and a full bath. This level has double doors that open out to a sitting area and the backyard.
Guests will have access to the whole house/grounds with the exception of an owner's closet on the lower level.
There is a pontoon at the property available for rent. Please feel free to inquire about the boat rental with host. **Please note, the boat rental is rented separately from the property rental.
Boo's Nest is situated in a quiet neighborhood on Hyco Lake. The property is in a cove away from the direct line of boating traffic.
Parking is available at the home.
Boo's Nest is located less than two minutes from Buoy's Restaurant at Hyco Lake Marina, which is directly across the road leading to the Person/Caswell County Lake Authority and Campground.
Guest will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement per the NC Vacation Act.
Pet limit is 2. Pets are not to be left unattended and should be leashed while outside. Guest is responsible for any damages to the property or neighboring properties. Front/Back yard is not fenced in. Dispose of pet waste in the outdoor garbage can.
