Brand new lake front home nestled in a cozy cove. Within a 5 minute drive to the grocery store, ABC store, restaurants, coffee shop, our new bakery, etc.

Enjoy your morning coffee on our double decker dock or on the expansive covered deck overlooking the lake. A very quick trip by boat to two lake front restaurants.

Our home has three bedrooms, a master king with its own bath, bedroom 2 with a queen and bedroom 3 with two full beds. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bath. The basement area has a queen pull out couch in the living space, it’s own full bath, and a wet bar/game area. The downstairs space can be shut off to upstairs to feel like it’s own living space.

If you’re traveling with little ones, a pack n play and a sit me up feeding seat are provided for your convenience. The laundry room and master closet make for great dark spaces for pack n plays.

Linens, towels, and a starter kit for household items such as toilet paper are included.

Boat rentals are available at the marina about 5 minutes away. We do have a boathouse that a boat can be stored for your stay, but please notify me of this is your plan so we can go over more details about the boathouse.

Summary: I was looking for a property that was large enough for my family to stay for Christmas. I wanted my mom to have a wonderful Christmas memory of enjoying time with her grand children, brother- his family, and great grandson. The property was beautiful and more than we expected. Our host was very accommodating. Due to the amount of gifts and food we did not have enough room to bring our Christmas Tree and a few days before we were to arrive I received a message from the host that she was putting up a tree for us. I haven't even mentioned that to her. She said she wanted us to have a wonderful experience and we did. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and beautiful place to make memories My family loved the house!!
