Downstairs is the laundry room, game room with a wet bar, another two large bedrooms - one with a Queen bed and the other with two Twins - a shared bath, and a comfortable sleeper sofa. The upstairs living room opens onto the large deck where there is plenty of comfortable chairs for relaxing in the sea breeze and the sound of the waves on the shore. There is access to outside from both levels.
Buddy's Sandcastle is on the third row, meaning the water side of the second block from the beach, and beach access is on Glenn Street, which is one block closer to the water. To walk there, turn left out of the driveway on Caswell toward The Island Grill and Money Island Drive - the street you drove in on. Turn right on Money Island Drive, turn right onto Glenn Street and the beach access is right there. The entire walk is 1/10 of a mile.
