This luxurious, custom log home is perched on a mountside at the shore of gorgeous Fontana Lake. Your private boat dock will afford you access to one of North Carolina's most attractive lakes. Perfect for 3 couples or any combination of family getaways, this 3 bedroom / 4 bath home is exquisitely decorated with mountain decor throughout.
There's a gourmet kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, each on a separate floor of the home. Two of these bedrooms have an en suite bath, and the upstairs bedroom has it's own bathroom located just down the walkway. The lower level has an expansive family room for play time with the kids, or relaxation on the leather section watching the huge HD tv. The main level boasts a towering stone fireplace. For rental guests, this is just decor, as the real wood burning option is reserved for the owners only. Do not fret this, however, as there is a fire pit both on the lower level and on the main level deck, each outside with a gorgeous view overlooking the lake.
The property is equipped way above the expectations of most vacation rentals, and also offers the free admissions to local attractions as afforded to all guests of the Watershed Cabins rental program. These benefits are part of our Xplorie program, which provides a free admission to every one of their participating attractions each day of your stay.
No parties or overnight guests above the number reserved. Dogs allowed (2 max) with additional fee.
Boat launch is from a community marina. Please note that the water level of Fontana Lake is controlled by the Tennessee Valley Authority and low water levels in the off-season my prevent use of the dock.
