The kitchen is furnished with guests needs in mind, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio or front porch, for an epic barbecue.
After hiking Mt Mitchell or boating in Lake James, decamp to the inviting family room for a movie night. This comfy space includes a 60 inch flatscreen TV with streaming access, and a large high end L-shaped sofa with chaise.
Master bedroom comes equipped with a ridiculously comfortable king bed, walk in closet, 50 inch TV and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a 30 inch TV.
Black out shades are in all rooms to ensure a deep, restful sleep.

Located on 1/2 acre with a tree lined FULLY FENCED backyard- from the multiple fire pit options (propane table or smokeless fire pit in the yard), to the hammock, corn-hole and propane grille, this mountain home has everything you need for an unforgettable trip.

We follow all CDC cleaning and sanitizing guidelines. All bedding, including blankets and duvet covers/quilts are washed after every guest.

PET POLICY/PET FEE
1. A $75 non-refundable “Pet Fee'' will be applied per dog to each reservation. (This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging and unreported house training accidents.)
2. Clean up after your dog, both in public areas and in the yard of your rental property.
3. Do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties.
4. Do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Many pets are used to being allowed on furniture and beds at their own home, but this is not allowed in our rental properties. Please, bring any kennel or special bedding your pet may enjoy with this in mind. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc. that have pet hair left behind.
5. If your dog has separation issues and/or is not accustomed to being left alone in unfamiliar places, please do not leave your dog unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for those situations in which you must leave. You are responsible for any damages your pet causes.
6. Ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up-to-date prior to your stay, especially flea treatment.
