One of the most beautiful views in the whole valley, very close to rivers, streams, waterfalls, fishing, hiking, state parks, and more. Located in a private, quiet country neighborhood with little traffic. This 530 Sq. Ft. studio apartment has an additional 10 Ft. x 20 Ft. deck/balcony out front overlooking the Celo Valley with a spectacular view of the Celo and Black Mountain ranges (see photos). This apt. has its own private entrance and is the upper floor of a building (not a residence).

The studio apartment takes up the upper floor, and is completely private and exclusively yours while you are visiting our Celo Valley Retreat. You will also have access to the back yard , the fire pit by the creek, walking paths in the woods, and the picnic table on the lower patio as well as the upper deck/balcony.
- Other things to note
Since my private wood shop occupies the lower level below the studio apartment, I will be very sensitive to your quiet times. Please let me know if you need to sleep in longer then normal, or need it quiet any other time. Even if I'm working in the shop, it is so well insulated that only mild noise filters upstairs.
Lock Box: is sitting on the window sill just inside the entrance door, with 2 keys by it. The code to open it is 2468 and you are welcome to use it when you leave for the day if you want to hang it on the outside of door knob.
