This is a cozy and charming 4 bedroom rancher with a 2 bedroom loft in the back above the detached garage. It is full of comfort and warmth nestled at the foot of Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain. Convenient highway access puts you downtown in minutes! With tons of great food options and activities to do downtown. Nearby there are also multiple trails and attractions like Rock City, the Aquarium, Ruby Falls, and more.
The front main Ranch house has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are smart TV's in 2 of the 4 bedrooms along with a 50 inch smart TV in the living room. Out front, there is plenty of parking as well as some additional parking behind the house in front of the detached garage. Above the garage is where the 2 bedrooms 1 full bath Loft is, which is accessed by an outside staircase attached to a large deck. This deck provides awesome views with an outdoor table and chairs.Please note the stairs to enter the loft are fairly steep and may be difficult for those with mobility issues! Each room has its own tv in the Loft.
Both of these units have full kitchens with basic cooking ware, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, etc. Each unit also has a Keurig with several different coffee options available. These units do not have a dishwasher.
