Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was one block from the public beach access. Really enjoyed the two decks, front and back. Two bedrooms had nice space and were quiet considering the road traffic. Two bathrooms. Outdoor shower was essential to keeping sand out of the home. Shrubs and tree foliage made the property feel very private. Clean and stocked with essential home items.

Negative: Small parking area and difficulty seeing road when pulling out due to foliage. There was a person renting the below space, but was not present during our stay. This was not disclosed when viewing and selecting the property to rent. We wouldn't have had enough parking and maneuverability if there was another car in the parking area. Was a bit overpriced for an average income family.

Summary: Very good. Small family space fit 4 adults and two kids perfectly.
