Our first floor condo is located in Colony II of Oyster Bay Golf Links. It is conveniently located a few steps away from two pools (in door and out door), q hot tub and an exercise room. In front of our balcony is a courtyard with a built in charcoal BBQ grill. It offers bright, open rooms with high ceiling and comfortable furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with decorations of an oriental theme. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with white wicker furniture, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
There is a 55 inch smart TV and a blu ray DVD player in the living room, a 32 inch smart TV in kids room, and a 55 inch TV in master bedroom. The kitchen is open, spacious and well stocked with cooking wares, a blender, a toaster, coffee makers (regular coffee maker and Keurig) , etc. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and hair dryers are provided. Colony II offers a beautiful outdoor and indoor swimming pool, an indoor hot tub and an exercise room, outside grills. You can relax and enjoy the quiet community, yet you are only a short drive away from all the excitements. Besides the picturesque Oyster Bay Golf Links, there are several other golf courses nearby, including Sandpiper Bay, Sea Trail, Ocean Ridge, The Pearl, Thistel, and Angle?s Trace. Intercostal waterway is just a short walk away.
