The space
Welcome to Marshfield Farm.

Designed by the design duo behind home decor brand SmithHönig, this vintage 1910 farmhouse was given a fresh look, preserving special details like the original bead board walls, and creating a colorful boho vibe with an eclectic mix of vintage and designer pieces.

The open kitchen features handmade terra cotta tiles, open shelving and all the modern conveniences, including a Keurig coffee maker (as well as a French press and electric kettle), toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and more.

In the adjoining living room is a cozy leather sofa, comfy chairs and a large HD TV ready for your personal Amazon, Netflix, Hulu or other accounts.

The downstairs bedroom suite features a Queen bed, antique dressers, a classic mid-century hand chair, and a large adjoining bathroom with a truly unique shower crafted from vintage metal barn roofing.

The upstairs suite covers the entire second floor and features a King bed, double-sized tiled shower, free-standing soaking tub and separate water closet. There's ample storage, too. The fun surprise of this suite (other than the convenient Keurig coffee station and the upholstered window seat) is the secret book nook, piled high with pillows and Eastern carpets. There's a tea table, a reading light - and of course, loads of books.

Downstairs again, you'll find a large powder room with a unique sink, a convenient laundry room and a colorful office/game room featuring a twin daybed for an extra guest, a table for working or playing, lots of board games and more books.

Outside there's a barn, fire pit (s'mores, anyone?) and over an acre of yard to play in. We've also stocked your getaway with outdoor games and surprises (corn hole, bocce ball, horseshoes and potato sacks for racing are stored in the barn.) There's a hammock, and a sprinkler to run through, too. It's the perfect retro country retreat for singles, couples, or families. Well-behaved pets are also welcome.
Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire property, other than the locked owner's closet and a the "chicken coop" storage shed.

BREAKFAST - you'll find a welcome basket containing casual breakfast essentials for your first morning in.
