Summary: This was during the big snowstorm at the end of Jan 2026 in the DC area. We booked a room just in case our power went out, which it tends to do. The hotel is understaffed, and not well maintained. The bathroom was not well cleaned. We told staff and they said it was a "stain that would not come out". Little soap and elbow grease and it came out. It took them a while to clear the entrance and exit of snow. This is clearly a cheap hotel for the area, and there is a good reason for it. We got exactly what we paid for. That being said, nobody was rude, and the front desk was trying. The cleaning staff was not.
