The property is secluded with easy access & minutes to the train depot & downtown. You can even hear the pleasant train whistle from the property. Take advantage of preparing a wonderful meal in our well-equipped kitchen. The open concept main area has a kitchen, large dining table, couches and chairs, and workspace desk. There is a two-seat leather couch with a pull-out twin bed in the living room. The bedroom and bathroom come off the open main living area. The majority of the indoor decor and furniture were crafted by talented local artisans.
Also attached to property is Fiddlers Ridge Retreat for more space for an even larger group, dependent on availability.

You'll have access to the entire first level apartment in the back of the main house, the outdoor seating and fire pit, and the back yard surrounded by trees and forest. Plenty of space to relax and reset in this Smoky Mountain getaway.
There may be guests staying in the main house. Since there is shared wall space with the main house, you may hear the other guests through that shared wall space. In order to accommodate for all our guests, we have set quiet times from 10pm to 8am.
We do not accept pets at our Fiddlers Ridge Retreat; however, if you have an ESA or service animal, please let the host know at booking so that we can guide you with additional instructions on our house rules for ESA and service animals.
