Welcome to our cozy adorable little cabin directly on a quiet, deep water, Lake Lanier cove. We have a large two story dock perfect for hanging out all day on the water. Our cove is on the northern end of Lake Lanier near Gainesville Marina. The cabin is perfect for one family or a girls trip! It is equipped with all the conveniences needed for the perfect getaway. After a fun day in the sun and in the water, either stay and eat in (we have plenty of cooking supplies and a grill) or explore Downtown Gainesville (just 20 minutes away) which offers plenty of good restaurants and shopping. We are also close to wineries, Dahlonega and the north Georgia outlets. There is so much to do and explore.
Interior:
Step inside to discover an adorably decorated and quaint interior. Vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams create a sense of airiness and warmth, complementing the natural beauty outside. The expansive windows along the back off the cabin overlook the green lake water and views of nature and the dock.
Living Area Upstairs:
The living area is adorned with a rustic leather sofa and oversize chair equipped with a large flat-screen TV for movie nights, creating a warm and cozy ambiance during cooler evenings. This area also has a nice desk overlooking the water for those needing to work a bit.
Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen is has all the appliances and essentials to prepare gourmet meals. The adjacent dining space is furnished with a large dining room table designed fit the whole group.
Bedrooms:
The cozy cabin offers 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor (one with a queen and one with a twin/trundle. Downstairs boasts the bunk room (sleeps 4) and separate den.
Bathrooms:
The bathrooms are both have shower/tubs and provide soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Downstairs Den:
Sofa, chairs, a second work space and another flat screen smart T.V. are found in the downstairs Den. There is also a second deck off the den complete with another sitting area. The deck stairs lead you to the stone path to the dock.
Upstairs Deck:
Stepping onto the oversized deck, guests will have a comfortable seating area overlooking the lake and dock. There is an oversize picnic table for outdoor meals as well as a grill.
Lake Activities:
A private dock is just steps from the house along a stone pathway, beckoning guests to indulge in various lake activities. Swimming and sunbathing are just steps away, and two kayaks and 1 SUP board are available for guests to explore the tranquil waters and nearby coves.
