The moment you enter the cottage, you're greeted with a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
The space is open and functional. The living room offers a full sofa sleeper, two comfy recliners, Roku TV and an awesome view of the mountains.
The kitchen is complete with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, crockpot, dinnerware, plates, bowls and glasses.
The bedroom offers a lovely, rustic queen bed with fresh clean linens and blankets.
There are extra towels and sheets available for use.
The dining room leads to the covered deck and also offers mountain views. It can easily seat four. There is an additional table center which can be added for those who love puzzles.
The washer and dryer are located in the basement area. Please don't overload the machines, they work well as intended.
The covered deck offers mountain views, plenty of seating with rocking chairs, a bench and folding chairs. There is also a large charcoal grill with smoker available for use.
Pets: Limited to dogs only.
We love animals and know how important they are in our lives, however we ask please don't allow your pets on the furniture.
Limited to 2 dogs under 50 lbs, unless approved by the host.
No cats unless approved by hosts, an extra cleaning fee may apply.
Hosts family members are allergic.
All pets will need to be current on their vaccinations and on a flea and tick schedule.
Please crate your pets when they are left alone.
The mini split heat pump remote is located in the dining area. The face of the remote slides down to change options and to change from heating to cooling.
The cottage is on a septic system, so please ONLY flush bathroom tissue down the commode. Please don't flush wet wipes, facial wipes, etc... or wash grease and food particles down the drain.
If you need to dump your trash, there is a convenient center located off Hwy 25/70 on the right just before you get to Hot Springs Elementary School. There will be signage.
Check-out is 11:00 am. Due to the cleaners schedule, if you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance for approval, otherwise there will be a $25.00 fee for every 15 minutes beyond check-out.
