This cozy 928 sq ft A-frame is located on a private, wooded property at foothills of Mt. Hood National forest. The cabin can accommodate max of 4 adults and 2 kids.
Skiing/snowboarding is only 20-30 mins away - downhill @ Ski Bowl, Timberline and Meadows or XC skiing & snowshoeing at Trillium lake or Teacup.
French’s Dome - 15 mins
Sandy Ridge - less than 5 mins away
The cabin is located in Timberline Rim community. The neighbors are fairly close. Please be respectful of their property. The property is unfenced as of now, dogs must be on the leash at all times.
There is a community pool, clubhouse, swings, tennis and basketball courts within 5 mins walk so as Sandy river access. The pool and clubhouse are accessed with a membership card that is located on the refrigerator. The pool is seasonal - Memorial to Labor Day.
Sleeping accommodations: downstairs room has a double bed and located across from bathroom. Upstairs loft has queen size and two twin beds.
Two burner BBQ grill is available on the deck for your use.
If booking cabin in the winter, please take in consideration, electric heat isn’t sufficient. You would have to use wood stove. I do provide wood, there is a detail instructions on how safely and efficiently use wood stove, but if you aren’t comfortable with it, please do not book my cabin.
If you have kids with you, you take full liability on. The stairs to the loft, outdoor decks and wood stove ARE NOT child proof/friendly, please take it in consideration before booking.
Dogs are welcome with advance notice, agreement to the pet rules and payment of pet fee of $25 before check in. 2 dogs max. I do provide dog bed, bowls, towel, treats, toys, poop bags.
The stair case to the loft is steep and narrow and not recommended for small children or elderly.
The wood stove gets very hot and will burn you if touched and is not recommended for children to play around and pets as well. Please read safety tips in the manual before using it.
