Looking for an affordable mountain getaway to do a little fishing, relaxing, or just need a break from your hectic everyday life? Want something comfortable and unique!?
This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

The Cottage is an open loft home with steps going up from the living area to the two open loft bedrooms (no doors). These are open rooms looking down to living area and kitchen.
There is a full bathroom between them. There is a deck, hot tub and park side charcoal grill. The fire pit is located right on the bank of the creek, which is the perfect setting for a nice campfire in the evenings. Inside, The Cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, flatscreen tv with satellite service, and for heat we have a electric heater and a gas heater. The two bedrooms each are equipped with queen sized beds and the bath offers a tub/shower combo.
This cottage is side by side to our A-frame cabin. They face opposite directions so they each have there own privacy around the creek and hot tub.
The community is located just a few miles outside of downtown Bryson City, where you can take a ride on the Great Smoky Mountain railroad, enjoy the many delicious restaurants, or shop at the various boutique shops. Located within a 10 minute drive is Fontana Lake and the Deep Creek Community, where you will find hiking trails with waterfalls, fishing, swimming, tubing, and horseback riding. The Cherokee Indian Reservation, Harrah's Cherokee Casino,SequoyahNational Golf Course, and entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park are just a 15 minute drive away. If you're looking for heart pounding outdoor adventures, take a 20 minute drive to theNanatahalaRiver Gorge where you will find manyopportunitesto go whitewater rafting, kayaking, hiking, fishing, zip lining, and horseback riding.

make sure hotspot is on and password is on fridge.. Our WiFi is spotty in the summer or when leaves are full, we hope to have better internet options soon. No refunds for wifi issues. I am very sorry, we know it can be frustrating for us all to be unplugged.
