Positive: The layout of the rooms. The amount of bathrooms. The pool. The amount of seating. The kids themed rooms. Location.

Negative: Needed some updating. Like floors and kitchen cabinets had some sagging. Older carpets. King bed was too soft. Queen bed was too soft. Upstairs showers took longer to get warm. Master bedroom/bathroom needed a door. No access to the garage. Netting around pool appears to be weathering and torn in some areas.

Summary: Great place for the location and family. Responsive host.
