Wake up to an incredible view of the Smokies! The house is located inside Bear Paw Resort which has plenty of great amenities for the private community. We are conveniently located between the Marina and the Clubhouse amenities. Location, Location, Location! Over the hill is the Pool, Gymnasium, Tennis, Volleyball, & Basketball courts. Boats are ready at the Marina which is right behind the house. Accessible Lake for Swimming, Camping, & Fishing on Beach Access Road or right across the street! I include 4x Electric Powered Mountain Bikes so you can ride around the neighborhood easily with family or friends. Im working on improving the house every time I come up to visit so it’s going to be amazing by summer time with all the ideas I have for it.
Includes HBO, Netflix, YouTube TV, Gaming systems, surround sound throughout with 110’’ movie projector in the game room. The game room has competitive basketball and arcade with over 100 games. We have a PlayStation with Rockband, Call of duty, & much more. I love to cook so we have excellent grilling area outside on the covered patio with cigar smokers lounge area - No Smoking Inside! Very large house with plenty of space to space out.
We are across from the Hiwassee Dam and have an excellent view of the mountains, trees, and lake hiwassee. Let me know if you have any questions!
