Be sure to take time to meander down the Rocky Broad River Walk, a beautiful path that winds around the Rocky Broad River. When you are done enjoying the town, take a trip to Chimney Rock State Park for great hiking and sightseeing!
Just a mile down the road is Lake Lure - one of the most beautiful man-made lakes in the country and is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Take a relaxing walk on the boardwalk any time of the year and cross the Flowering Bridge. Enjoy a picnic and some swimming by the lake or take a boat cruise. There is so much to enjoy!
INTERIOR FEATURES INCLUDE: Entry with washer and dryer, full kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove top, wall-mounted oven and all the essentials. Den with seating and a coffee/wine bar complete with beverage refrigerator. Large farm-style table with plenty of room to spread out and a desk. Living room with comfy couch, streaming TV and electric fireplace. 2 Queen primary bedrooms both with private bathroom, one with streaming TV and deck access. Smoking is not allowed.
EXTERIOR FEATURES AND AMENITIES: Enjoy the hot tub, fenced in dog yard with dog clean up station, deck with gas grill, fire feature and a table seating 4. You’ll also find games, dog food bowls (2 for large dogs, 1 for smaller dogs), high chair, pack-n-play, Echo (Alexa), high speed wireless internet, and so much more! Parking for 2 cars max.
This home is Pet Friendly, should you choose to bring a pet there will be a $75 pet fee added to your reservation, with $35 for each additional pet.
