Summary: The room was Good except the heat would not Turn off/the ac wouldn’t come on. Our room was 75 degrees the whole time which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The pool is disgusting . When we originally booked our trip, we added on an extra night so the kids could have more time to enjoy the pool. My son wouldn’t even go in it, my daughter did but I got her out after like 15 mins and we didn’t go back. The pool room itself is freezing . It smells like fish. The water is really dirty. It’s so musty in there, after a few minutes of sitting in the pool area, my eyes were itchy and burning and I was getting stuffed up, and scratchy throat… pretty sure my allergies were kicking in due to mold in there. Definitely needs proper ventilation. The breakfast was good and all the staff was very nice!
